Economic Assessment of Low Humidity Peat Production Practice

چکیده

The article presents a milled peat production practice based on deep bed drying up to harvesting moisture content of 35%. task the developed technology is minimize and stabilize humidity in field peat, thereby reducing time thermal impact organic matter during forced finish drying. applied method extraction provides for variable milling depth differentiation cycle increase number cycles harvester seasonal output. An economic feasibility study has been carried out by determining operating costs per ton marketable product each technological operation. It consists comparative assessment two processes: intensification 35% conventional with 45%. makes it possible ensure required quality parameters terms (≤ 35%) preserve natural bituminous components. Based results, found that there slight comparison practice.
